1. Schematic design. Where your preferences for space
requirements, materials, lighting, functionality and furnishings are
sketched in. Here we begin to formulate ways in which to maximize the
potential within a budget you structure.
2. Design development. Where sketches take on dimensions. As
with each stage, Mitch relies on regular contact with clients so that
the project unfolds as planned, responsibly, with no unpleasant
surprises.
3. Construction documents. City governments require permits for
substantial projects. The permitting process is made considerably
easier with professional drawings and specification sheets. We
navigate that complex administrative maze for you.
4. Construction management. There are busy times when owners
would like a seasoned managing supervisor to oversee the building
process, to assure quality materials and methods are used, and to make
sure the project is completed on time and within set budgets.
